Welcome to the Unfoggable blog
How we’ll share practical guides on organizing life’s critical records — and how new posts get published.
This is the home for longer-form writing from Unfoggable: practical guides on keeping warranties, receipts, IDs, and household records findable when you actually need them.
What you’ll find here
Posts will cover the messy middle of document life — naming conventions that stick, what to keep vs. discard, and how to turn a pile of PDFs into something your future self can search in seconds.
How we publish
Each post is a single HTML file in the site repo. Authors write the draft,
polish with AI, and drop the finished HTML (plus a short title, description,
and date at the top of the file) into
content/blog/. The filename becomes the URL — for example
my-post-title.html → /blog/my-post-title.
Set draft: true in the frontmatter while a piece is still in
progress; it stays off the public index and sitemap until you flip it to
false.
Tip: use real headings, short paragraphs, and descriptive link text. Search engines (and readers) both prefer clear structure over decoration.
Ready to start? Duplicate this file, rename it, update the frontmatter, and replace this body with your full HTML.
